The Balance Model guides you with selected questions to reflect meaningfully and effectively, so that you get a new perspective on your situation. It uncovers the cause and explains why you find the situation burdensome. This way you understand the connection between your attitude, your behaviour, and your burdensome situation and become open to reacting differently in a comparable situation.
